How long will it take to get my Yurt?
Once you order your Yurt, we get to work creating your vision – using your selected fabric colors and fabricating all custom features. Our process is down to a science which enables us to ship to you, or arrive on your site within 8 weeks from your purchase date. You’ll be living the dream Yurt life in no time!
Where should I position my Yurt?
When purchasing a yurt, location is everything. If you are unsure of the best place to position your yurt to take advantage of the glorious evening sunsets and or your favorite vista, provide us with a photo of your property or location, and our location and feng shui experts will offer their expert guidance so your yurt placement is just right.
What are the details of the Warranty?

At Ohana Yurts, we have die-hard faith in the Sunbrella® and K-Tex fabrics that make our yurts the most durable and unique in the industry.
Upon comparing our fabric’s technical specifications to any leading competitor’s, you would immediately see why our fabrics out-do the rest. We have so much faith in the quality and durability of our Sunbrella and K-Tex textiles that we offer a ten year warranty against natural corrosion or fading.
INDIVIDUALS INCLUDED IN THE PROTECTION:
This policy protects the original purchaser of an Ohana Yurt’s structure for ten years after the initial purchase.
PROTECTS AGAINST:
The Sunbrella® and K-Tex fabrics becoming unusable due to loss of color or durability. This warranty exclusively covers natural damage resulting from normal use, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals.
EXCLUSIVELY WARRANTIES:
The Sunbrella® and K-Tex fabrics on Ohana Yurts
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES:
The regular maintenance of the installed fabric, damage due to incorrect usage, improper installation, and any costs associated to replace the fabric if damaged.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:
Ohana Yurts will self-inspect any damaged fabric to confirm the harm is a result of natural causes. Additionally, liability is expressly limited to this warranty.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
This warranty will provide replacement fabric for any yurt deemed un-serviceable. All replacement installations will occur at the Ohana Yurts facility.

What are the details of the Warranty?
OUR WARRANTY
At Ohana Yurts, we have die-hard faith in the Sunbrella® and K-Tex fabrics that make our yurts the most durable and unique in the industry.
Upon comparing our fabric’s technical specifications to any leading competitor’s, you would immediately see why our fabrics out-do the rest. We have so much faith in the quality and durability of our Sunbrella and K-Tex textiles that we offer a ten year warranty against natural corrosion or fading.
INDIVIDUALS INCLUDED IN THE PROTECTION:
This policy protects the original purchaser of an Ohana Yurt’s structure for ten years after the initial purchase.
PROTECTS AGAINST:
The Sunbrella® and K-Tex fabrics becoming unusable due to loss of color or durability. This warranty exclusively covers natural damage resulting from normal use, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals.
EXCLUSIVELY WARRANTIES:
The Sunbrella® and K-Tex fabrics on Ohana Yurts
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES:
The regular maintenance of the installed fabric, damage due to incorrect usage, improper installation, and any costs associated to replace the fabric if damaged.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:
Ohana Yurts will self-inspect any damaged fabric to confirm the harm is a result of natural causes. Additionally, liability is expressly limited to this warranty.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
This warranty will provide replacement fabric for any yurt deemed un-serviceable. All replacement installations will occur at the Ohana Yurts facility.
