• Design Phase: After placing your order, we work together to finalize your yurt design.
• Production and Shipping: Once your design is complete and we receive your deposit, it usually takes about 8 weeks to prepare and ship your yurt.
• Setup: Assembly at your location typically takes between 2 to 5 working days.

We’re committed to ensuring a smooth and timely process for delivering your custom yurt.

For customers on Oahu, you can pick up your yurt directly from Ohana Yurts facility. For other islands, your yurt will be delivered to your local Young Brothers port. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the yurt price.

Delivery times vary based on location and product specifications. We will provide an estimated timeframe when you place your order.
